Giovanni Celestine is the second eldest son of a prominent and wealthy family of doctors and lawyers, a kind of family that shows love and support to each other makes other people envy what they have. however, they do not know what is hidden behind those mask.
As a young lad that is gifted by a high IQ, he graduated at university at the age of 16 his parents forced him to be a doctor, listening to his parents he immediately entered medical school to be a doctor and as a secret rebel child he pursued his dreams on being a hitman. He secretly trained to be a hitman in Japan and disguise himself as a doctor, by the help of his siblings, Ashton and Janus clean every crime everything in their life is going smoothly, or so they thought.
